Refund Policy

1. RETURNS, WITHDRAWAL & EXCHANGE
1.1 The Customer has a 14-day withdrawal period. The Customer has to notify Wild & Simple Design accordingly with, and have the right to cancel the purchase (the order) within 14 days from received the product. In your notice to us, you must clearly state that you regret the product. Contact us at info@wildandsimpledesign.com immediately if you change your mind, and at latest 14 days from received product. You may not use it, but of course, carefully examine it. If goods are damaged or lost because of that you are careless, you lose the right of withdrawal.

1.2 If the right of the withdrawal period is used, the Customer are required to keep the product in the same condition as when the Customer received it. The Customer is responsible for the condition during the arrival of the product until it reaches our warehouse again.

1.3 The product shall be returned within 14 days from the date when we was notified of the withdrawal. The product(s) shall be sent in well-packaged (preferably in the original package) and in its original condition. When register their return via email address info@wildandsimpledesign.com , the Customer shall provide their name, address, order reference, invoice number, the name of the product(s) and other relevant information in order for us to be able to take contact and send the Customer an email containing instructions and address details for sending back the package.

1.4 The Customer is responsible for shipping cost for the return and the transport risk for the package. The return must be sent as a traceable shipment and the Customer should save the tracking number and proof of postage until the package has arrived to Wild & Simple Design.

1.5 When the return has arrived to the warehouse of Wild & Simple Design and has been processed, we will make the refund to the Customer. All refunds will be made using the same method of payment the customer used to purchased the product(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

1.6 If the Customer want to do an exchange of the product(s), it is processed as a return, i.e. the customer sends the products(s) back to us, as set in 5.1 to 5.5. After that, the Customer can make a new order. 5.7 Wild & Simple Design can not offer the right of return or exchange of custom and/or personalized made items and orders.

1.7 Additional non-returnable items: Sale items (if applicable). Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

2. WARRANTY AND COMPLAINTS
2.1 The customer have to make a complaint of a detective Product to Wild & Simple Design as fast as possible from when the defect was discovered. If the complaint is made within 60 days after the defect was discovered it is always made on due date. After three (3) years the Customer has lost his/her right to make a complaint, provided that no warranty states otherwise. 

2.2 The right to file a complaint applies to products which defective according to applicable consumer protection legislation. Any Customer who want to assert their right to file a complaint for any product(s) ordered, shall contact us as soon as possible after discovering the defect, via email to info@wildandsimpledesign.com .

2.3 Although Wild and Simple Design has taken reasonable care to ensure that the templates and forms are accurate, we gives no warranty of any kind, express or implied with regard to the accuracy, timeliness or completeness of the forms and templates or the outcomes of using any of these materials.

3. FORCE MAJEURE
3.1 Wild & Simple Design is not responsible under any circumstances for and shall be exempt from damages and other measures if the performance of the agreement is prevented or delayed by any circumstance beyond our control, e.g. extreme weather, viruses, shutdowns, new / amended legislation, absent permits, war, fire, flood, labor market disturbances, sabotage, unfavorable transport, technical problems, terrorist attacks, changed governmental orders as well as delays in the service by sub-suppliers due to circumstances should arise, and if the situation has lasted more than six weeks, both the Customer and Wild & Simple Design have the right to cancel the purchase with immediate effect.

4. CHANGES TO THE REFUND POLICY
4.1 Wild & Simple Design may make changes to the Refund Policy from time to time and we may do so without notify you. By continued use of our website after any changes to the Refund Policy means you accept the changes.
