What personal data we collect and why we collect it

We can collect personal data from you as a users and, or, site visitors and customers when you are sending an email to us and/or when you are making a purchase/order of any of our products in the webshop and/or via mail or over phone via any of the contact information to Wild & Simple Design and Yasmin Casaca. This includes if you are making any contact and/or purchase via our Social Media .

This may include personal data, such as name, email address, phone number, delivery adress and organisation number (if you have a company), personal account preferences; transactional data, such as purchase information; and technical data, such as information about cookies.

We will collect information about you during the checkout process on our store (webshop).

As complementary, and partly summary, we can also collect following information:

– Your contact information, such as, name, postal address, mobile or telephone number, email address.
– Purchase details.
– Your order history.

While you visit our site, we’ll track:

We are using cookies on this website. This is to make the website safer, more user-friendly and more effective.

We are using the plugin WP Analytics which collect website statistics. With this plugin we will get to know how many people visit our website, where they’re coming from, what browsers and search engines they use, and which of our contents, categories, tags and users get more visits.

We can also collect following statistic and information:

  • Visitor Data Records including IP, Referring Site, Browser, Search Engine, OS, Country and City
  • Visitor’s Country Recognition
  • Visitor’s City Recognition
  • The number of Visitors coming from each Search Engine
  • The number of Referrals from each Referring Site

  • Statistics on Contents based on Categories, Tags, and Writers

Who on our team has access

There is only the staff working for Wild & Simple Design who has access to the information you provide us. Up to date it is only one person and that is the founder of Wild & Simple Design: Yasmin Casaca. If we will employ or bring in anyone else to Wild & Simple Design, we will inform about that update here at this page Privacy Policy. Yasmin Casaca can access everything mention under the headline “What personal data we collect and why we collect it”, as well as following:

  • Order information like what was purchased, when it was purchased and where it should be sent, and
  • Customer information like your name, email address, and billing and shipping information.

We have access to this information to help fulfill orders, process refunds and support you the best possible.

Who we share your data with

We do not sell, trade, rent or provide any of your personal information to a third party, unless it is required by law or except for the operational necessities listed below:

– We provide your name, address, email and possibly phone number and (if you have a company) registration number to the shipping company that delivers your product. We are now using Postnord as our mail delivery company.
– We transfers the necessary personal data to accountancy service providers as well as tax and other public authorities when specific legislation requires this.
– We can come to need to confirm your personal data with payment service providers, in order to prevent financial fraud or identity theft.

How long we retain your data

Your data is stored for 7 years, according to the Swedish Accounting Act, or as long as you are a current customer to us. After that, your information will be deleted if you are no longer a customer with us.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile for 7 years. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

Comments: If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

We accept payments through PayPal, or via an manually set up invoice using the invoice program Billogram.

PayPal: When processing payments, some of your data will be passed to PayPal, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information.

Billogram: When you choose to get an invoice from us when you purchasing a product, we will collect payment information necessary to fulfill and send the order. This information will be filled in directly to Billogram´s service in order to complete the order. The information about you will only stay within our private account and no other than us will see the information.

As the Services may change from time to time, this Policy is expected to change as well. We reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to amend this Policy at any time, for any reason, which amendment(s) will be effective upon posting to our website.
